Hi, I’m Daniel Esterhuizen! With more than 36 years of professional experience across engineering, business, and consulting, I specialise in executive and business coaching, leadership development, and organisational transformation.My academic background includes a B.Eng. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, an MBA, and a B.Phil. in Knowledge and Information Management, giving me a unique ability to combine engineering rigour with human-centred insight. I draw on tools such as the MTQ+ Mental Toughness model and the Enneagram to help leaders and teams build resilience, self-awareness, and purpose-driven performance.As the owner and lead consultant at Esterhuizen Coaching and Consulting (ECCSA), I work with businesses to align people, processes, and strategies in ways that create sustainable growth.
